Sick Reason

I like cough drops and I can not lie
You other brothers can't deny
That when the doc walks in with a hard tablet
The round thing you can't regret
You get sprung

Wanna pull up tough
Cuz you notice you're about to cough
I'm holding it in and swearing
I'm pretty sure people are staring
Oh, baby I wanna let it out
I'm trying not to shout
My homeboys told me too late
But this cough I've got
Make Me Expectorate
Ooh, robitussin
You say you wanna make me grin
Well fix me fix me cuz you aint doing worse than tea

You've seen me coughin'
I know you're scoffin'
They're Sweet,Discrete, and harder than old concrete

I'm tired of magazines
Saying Tylenol is the thing
Take the average sick man and ask him that
You can't top the drop

So Fellas? (yeah) Fellas?(yeah)
Has your cabinet got cough drops? (hell yeah)
Well suck it, suck it, suck that Ricola
Baby got cough drops

This is a 'special occasion' song written for my brother's 30th birthday, so some of the references don't cross over so well....

Mother Mother math.
I have heard your call.
Wanted to calculate your mysteries
Since I was 3 feet tall.
You know it all.
You know it all.

Watched the men solve you.
Switched from abacus to computers
And in your answers
You hold the treasure
That few have ever seen,
Making millions on Wall Street.
This is the dream.
This is the dream.

Yes I am a mathematician
200 years too late
The blackboard doesn’t thunder
There’s nothing to wonder
I’m an over 30 victim of e-Trade.

I should be working with Archimides or Alexander the Great
Arriving too late,
Arriving too late
I’ve done a bit of stocastic
I’ve run my share of programs
I’ve bought enough math books to buy Miami
But I memorized them way too fast,
Never meant to last
Never meant to last

I have been drunk on Oatmeal Cookies
Now for over 1 week
Passed out and I rallied
And I sprung a few Clue tweaks

But I’ve got to stop wishing
Got to buy options
I’m down in Florida again
Just a few crazy relatives
Just a few crazy relatives

I go for older Asian women
Lived with one for a while
And then I ran away
I’ll be back some day
And I can still make her smile
It just takes some sex
It just takes more sex

Mother, mother Math
After all these years I’ve found
My occupational hazard being
My occupation’s not around
I’ve feel like I’ve solved them all
